SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will make every effort to ship your order promptly after we receive it. However, we do not guarantee shipping or delivery times, and we are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a refund or exchange.
