Introduction

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eyecon Beauty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at support@eyeconbeauty.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your item and process your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@eyeconbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return your item and process a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Matte Single Eyeshadow (once it has been used)
• Shimmer Single Eyeshadow (once it has been used)

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may apply.
